Reddit Tipbot

How it Works

Our Reddit tipbot is a fun way of tipping and giving out Cannacoin to other community members. The bot works in two ways; either by publicly tipping a user on a subreddit, or by sending a PM to /u/Canna_Tips with a command. Don't forget to read to full terms of use before using tipbot.

Creating a Tipbot Wallet

When you join our page, simply post something fun and say you're new. Receiving your first tip will automatically create a "Tipbot Wallet" and a message will appear from u/Canna_Tips letting you know it created your tipbot account.

Commands for tipbot

Tipping

There are two commands to remember. The first one is used most often for tipping others by simply replying to a post or comment as follows:

!canna amount

for example: !canna 420

After a few seconds, a message will appear from u/Canna_Tips, stating you have just sent out your Cannacoin to another user.

Sending to your Wallet

The second command allows you to send your hard earned Cannacoin to your "real" wallet on the blockchain by navigating on Reddit to messages -> u/Canna_Tips and sending the following command:

send amount wallet address

for example:
send 420 GCTJTWFHUKBQVZSS4IGGS6JY7R6XS
XKAT5S3FN66QDCTUGNHG4BTMBJ

After a few seconds, a message will appear from u/Canna_Tips, letting you know you have just sent out your Cannacoin to the designated wallet. Note that the address you are sending to must have a trustline with the Cannacoin address on Stellar (GBDJHODFOQHSBZ4B3PTLMDBXTSIQW
D6V6RZT5YNOFW5P44LTH6P4QEAL) and you cannot send from an exchange wallet.
